How e-mail campaign`s design is created?

Content

We agree on campaign goals, write and approve e-mail content. If you already have content prepared, we skip this step. If you plan to conduct content`s AB testing, we will prepare B text version.

Translation

If necessary, we provide translation of the approved text to different language.

Design

We draw and approve e-mail design. If is planned to conduct AB test of the design, we prepare second version.

HTML & CSS

If necessary,we prepare approved design in HTML format. If you have your own HTML specialists, trust it to them. If you plan to conduct AB test for content or design, than we will make separate HTML for each combination of content and design.
As the result you will get design of an e-mail campaign in JPG+PSD format (at the request also in HTML format), which is ready to be sent to recipients.
If you do not have own programmers, we will help with technical development.

Light design

Light design

For recipient to get e-mail faster and to have less chance for it to end up in spam folder, its design has to be light, with very little graphics, putting accent to color fields and colors of the texts/links. If possible, need to stay away from unnecessary graphic elements (rounded up corners, pictures, gradients etc.)

Developed design and HTML code has to be tested with different e-mail software (like Gmail.com, corporate POP e-mail to Outlook, Thunderbird etc.)
Test different versions

Test different versions

Create at least 2 different e-mail design versions (different design and/or different content). First send out each version to a small test group. But to the big auditorium send more effective version determined in the test – this way you will profit more from one campaign.

How to determine more effective version? Set the goal for an e-mail – for example, to call or to open certain link. Attach tracing address to the links and compare, which version brought more visitors. In case of call, use different phone number for each version.
